Dual Plate Check Valve Export to Russia

In AUG 2024, we shipped a batch of dual plate check valves to Russia.
It adopts a wafer structure, the disc is two semicircle, and forced reset through the spring, the sealing surface can be surfacing wear-resistant material or lined with rubber, to ensure the reliability of sealing.

Customers want to use for pure water pipeline, we produce WRAS certified EPDM and WRAS certified epoxy coating for customers.

• Body material: Cast iron (Cl)/Ductile lron (Dl)
• Plate material: Ductile lron (Dl)/ SS304/SS316

Our check valve product has the following advantages:

• The combined strength of the valve seat and the valve body is higher than 1.73MPa, which can effectively prevent the valve seat from falling off during use.
• Flange connection surface: the upper and lower flange with dense waterline, better sealing performance.
• Epoxy coating: 250μm,strong adhesion, not easy to fall off.
• We will do twice pressure test before leaving the factory,ensure the products are in good condition.
